EU Consumer Rights 14-Day Withdrawal

⚠️ Important Health & Hygiene Notice: For safety reasons, Glucoban capsules can only be returned if the original packaging is unopened and the tamper-evident seal is intact. Opened products cannot be accepted for return.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and national consumer protection laws in Slovakia, Italy, Germany, and Austria, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your Glucoban order, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) physically takes possession of the goods.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product is unopened and the original tamper-proof seal is intact.
  • The product is in its original packaging, undamaged, and resalable.
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Non-returnable items: Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products where the security seal has been broken or the product has been opened after delivery.

3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To initiate a return, please notify us within the 14-day period using one of the following methods:

  • Email: returns@glucoban.shop (please include your order number and reason for return if any)
  • Contact form: Via our website contact page

We will respond with a return authorization and the return shipping address (Slovakia).

4. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you bear the risk of loss or damage during return transit.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product (unopened, seal intact), we will process your refund within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). No fees will be charged for the refund.

If the product is returned opened or with a broken seal, we will not be able to issue a refund and may return the item to you at your cost.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately (support@glucoban.shop) within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs. Under EU consumer law, you have the right to file a complaint regarding non-conforming goods within 2 years of receipt.

7. Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Contact us immediately at orders@glucoban.shop. If cancellation is successful, we will issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, the standard return procedure applies.
